Getting Started

Creating an account is simple: Click "Get Started" on our homepage, enter your email and business details, verify your email address, and complete the onboarding process. Most accounts are approved within 24 hours.

For individual accounts, we need a government-issued ID and proof of address. For business accounts, we also require business registration documents, proof of business address, and information about beneficial owners.

Most accounts are verified within 24 hours. Complex cases may take 2-3 business days. You'll receive email updates throughout the process.

Once your account is verified, you can start accepting payments right away. During verification, you can explore the dashboard and set up your integration in test mode.

Standard accounts are for businesses accepting payments directly. Manager accounts can create sub-accounts for clients or team members, receive a dedicated UK IBAN, and manage multiple payment streams from one dashboard.

Account & Settings

Go to Settings > Business Profile in your dashboard. You can update your business name, address, and contact information. Some changes may require re-verification.

Navigate to Settings > Team in your dashboard. Click "Invite Member" and enter their email address. You can assign different permission levels for each team member.

Go to Settings > Security and click "Enable 2FA". You can use an authenticator app or SMS verification. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA for all accounts.

Contact our support team to close your account. Before closing, ensure all pending payouts are complete and there are no outstanding balances. Account closure is irreversible.

Payments & Payouts

Payout timing depends on your plan: Starter accounts receive weekly payouts (every Monday), Professional accounts receive daily payouts, and Enterprise accounts can opt for instant payouts. Funds typically arrive within 2 business days of initiation.

We support all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and UnionPay. We also support bank transfers via your dedicated IBAN (Manager accounts).

In your dashboard, find the transaction you want to refund and click "Refund". You can issue full or partial refunds. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on the customer's bank.

You'll receive an email notification for any disputes. Log into your dashboard to view dispute details and submit evidence. Respond within 7 days to avoid automatic resolution in the customer's favor.

Yes! You can accept payments in 135+ currencies. Funds are automatically converted to your settlement currency at competitive exchange rates.

API & Integration

Your API keys are available in Settings > API Keys in your dashboard. You'll have separate keys for test and live modes. Never share your secret keys or commit them to version control.

Yes! We provide official SDKs for JavaScript/Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby, Java, and Go. Visit our GitHub page or documentation for installation instructions.

Use your test API keys to make requests to our sandbox environment. We provide test card numbers for simulating different scenarios like successful payments, declines, and 3D Secure.

Webhooks notify your server of events in real-time. Configure webhook endpoints in Settings > Webhooks. We'll send POST requests for events like payment completions, refunds, and disputes.

Standard accounts have a limit of 100 requests per second. Professional and Enterprise accounts have higher limits. Contact us if you need increased limits for your use case.
